qktk Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the qktk platform ("Platform", "Website") and all services provided through it. These Terms form a legal agreement between the entity that owns the platform ("qktk", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "player").

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on the platform, you expressly confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, please refrain from using the platform.

The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — The qktk website, mobile interface, and all services provided through it.
• "Account" — A player's personal registered profile through which they access the platform.
• "Player" — Any person who is registered on the qktk platform and uses its services.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional offer, cashback, or incentive reward provided by qktk.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount of bets before bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account at qktk, you must be at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to verify age at the time of account registration. Providing a false age may result in account termination and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, both accounts will be permanently closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. qktk may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

qktk processes transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile and banking channels. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be sent from a registered payment account — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Funds are generally reflected in the account quickly after deposit; contact the support team if there is a delay.
• Currency conversion and international transactions are not supported.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests must be made to a registered payment account.
• Withdrawals may be held if any active bonus or wagering requirement has not been fulfilled.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed in processing if identity verification has not been completed.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected, a withdrawal may be temporarily held pending investigation.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus — giving you a total of ৳2,000 in your account. If you deposit ৳32,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 will be added, making your total ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the original deposited amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can only be used once per account.
• If it is proven that an account was created or manipulated to obtain bonuses, the bonus will be cancelled.
• qktk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time — please read the terms of each specific offer.
• Bonuses can only be used for gaming on the platform; they cannot be withdrawn directly.

4.4 VIP Program

Regular players have the opportunity to join qktk's three-tier VIP program. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver — Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold — Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Advancement to VIP tiers depends on the player's regular activity and participation.

5.1 Gaming Services

qktk offers various gaming services including slots, casino games, and sports betting. All games are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Games from leading software providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others are available on our slots page.

5.2 Validity of Bets

• All bets are considered final; exceptions apply in the case of technical issues.
• For incomplete rounds due to network disconnection, qktk will determine the outcome according to system logs.
• qktk reserves the right to void winnings obtained through dishonest or fraudulent means.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through multiple accounts or any other form of manipulation is prohibited.

5.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All betting markets shown are for illustrative purposes only; actual markets and odds can be viewed on the platform while live. The same terms and conditions apply when using betting services.

7.1 Closure by Player

You may close your account at any time through the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure, subject to the applicable terms for any active bonuses.

7.2 Suspension or Termination by qktk

qktk may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account for the following reasons:

• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts or bonus manipulation.
• Fraudulent payment activity or suspicious money laundering activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors on the platform for unfair advantage.
• Evidence of a minor operating an account.
• Violation of any provision of these Terms.

In the event of account termination, any valid balance will be returned; however, bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited.

• Delays or failures caused by third-party services or payment gateways.
